개인정보처리방침

Aurora 27은 국제 뉴스를 한국어 카드와 짧은 YouTube Shorts로 요약해 게시하는 개인 운영 프로젝트입니다. 이 방침은 이 웹사이트와 Aurora 27의 YouTube 업로드 도구에 적용됩니다.

웹사이트

운영자는 방문자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입, 입력 양식, 쿠키, 분석·광고 스크립트가 없습니다. 다만 사이트를 호스팅하는 Cloudflare는 사이트 제공과 보안을 위해 IP 주소, 브라우저 정보 같은 접속 정보를 처리하며, 이는 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 운영자는 이 접속 기록을 별도로 내려받거나 보관하지 않습니다.

YouTube 업로드 도구

Aurora 27은 YouTube API 서비스(YouTube API Services)를 사용해 운영자 본인의 YouTube 채널에 Shorts 영상을 올립니다.

• 요청하는 권한은 영상 업로드 범위(youtube.upload) 하나뿐입니다. 채널의 기존 영상, 구독자, 시청 기록, 댓글 등 다른 데이터는 읽지 않습니다.
• 이 도구는 운영자 본인 계정에만 사용되며, 다른 사용자의 Google 계정에 접근하지 않습니다.
• 업로드할 때 영상 파일과 제목, 설명, 태그, 카테고리, 공개 상태를 YouTube로 전송합니다.
• Google로부터 받는 데이터는 업로드한 영상의 ID 하나뿐이며, 이를 업로드 시각, 업로드 상태, 내부 카드 번호와 파일 이름과 함께 Aurora 27 데이터베이스(Supabase)에 기록합니다. 이 기록은 같은 영상을 중복 업로드하지 않기 위해서만 사용합니다.
• OAuth 인증 정보(클라이언트 정보와 갱신 토큰)는 운영자의 로컬 환경에만 저장되며 외부에 공유하지 않습니다. Google 사용자 데이터를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

Aurora 27이 Google API로부터 받은 정보를 사용하거나 다른 앱으로 전송할 때에는 Limited Use 요건을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 준수합니다.

YouTube API 서비스를 사용하므로 YouTube 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다. 이용 조건은 서비스 약관을 참고하세요.

보관과 삭제

갱신 토큰은 권한이 철회될 때까지만 보관하며, 철회되면 즉시 삭제합니다. 업로드 기록(영상 ID 등)은 해당 카드를 운영하는 동안 보관하며, 권한이 철회되거나 삭제를 요청하시면 7일 이내에 삭제합니다. 부여한 권한은 Google 계정 보안 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.

The operator collects no personal data from visitors: the site has no accounts, forms, cookies or analytics. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes connection data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and secure it, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy; the operator does not export or keep these logs.

Aurora 27 uses YouTube API Services, with the youtube.upload scope only, to upload Shorts to the operator's own channel. It does not access other users' accounts or read any other YouTube data. When uploading, the video file and its title, description, tags, category and privacy status are sent to YouTube. The only data Aurora 27 receives from Google is the ID of each uploaded video. It is stored in Aurora 27's database (Supabase) together with the upload time, upload status, an internal card number and file name, and is used only to avoid uploading the same video twice. OAuth credentials are kept only on the operator's machine. Google user data is never sold or shared.

Aurora 27's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply; see our Terms of Service.

The refresh token is kept only until access is revoked and is deleted as soon as it is. Upload records, including the video ID, are kept while the card is in service and are deleted within 7 days of revocation or a deletion request. Access can be revoked at Google security settings.
